Weddings can be stressful, so let’s keep it as simple as possible. I offer one package that includes multiple services and highlights the most important aspects of your wedding. Of course, there are options for some great additions if you are looking for more.

All in One Package $1,000
Assistance with finding vendors and vendor recommendations
Review and negotiate vendor contracts
Vendor communications and point of contact for all vendors
Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors
Supervision of vendors
Coordinate with location of Rehearsal Dinner two weeks prior to ensure everything is in order
Timeline created for bride and groom
Timeline created specifically for your wedding party
Management of timeline
Coordinator present up to 8 hours on wedding day
Handle any issues that may arise on wedding day
Act as “go-to” person for vendors, family members and wedding party
Assist in setting up gift and specialty tables
Placement of any outdoor direction signs
Distribute and pin all corsages, boutonnieres and bouquets before pictures/ceremony
Ensure candles are lit and lights/signs are turned on before guest arrival
Set out ceremony programs
Greet and direct guests and vendors
Wedding day cues for ceremony, grand march, speeches, first dance, cake cutting etc.
Round up and arrange wedding party for ceremony and grand march
Move décor from ceremony to reception if needed
Organize the moving of chairs from ceremony to reception area with additional helpers provided by the bride and groom
Set out and replenish desserts as needed
Make sure parents are present for first dances
Collect all wedding gifts and cards and place in a previously selected secure location/vehicle at venue

Presence at wedding ceremony rehearsal, which includes:
Up to 2 hours wedding coordinator present
Ensure everything is in order with officiant’

Assist with walking order of wedding party and timing
Keep everyone on task
Ensure ceremony music is correct and in working order
